How do i secure a booking
To secure a booking, you may call, text, or submit a request through our contact page. Once we receive your request, you’ll be directed to download our user friendly app where you can easily submit your booking. What is holiday booking?
Holiday booking overrides all other rates and applies during peak times. Please view our pricing page to see the specific dates holiday rates are in effect. Booking early is recommended, as spots fill quickly. Regular rates do not apply during these dates, so plan ahead for your pet’s stay.
What do i bring to my pets stay?
We make it easy! Just bring your pet’s food and a leash or harness. We provide everything else like beds, crates (if needed), blankets, bowls, toys, treats, and more. You're always welcome to bring any personal items your pet loves to help them feel more comfortable during their stay with us.
What vaccines are required?
To board your dog or attend daycare, Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper vaccines are required. These protect against kennel cough, rabies, and serious viral infections. Keeping these vaccines up to date ensures your dog’s safety and helps prevent illness from spreading among other dogs.
